Are there any specific advice that home buyers who are planning to purchase homes in apartments or condominiums above 20 years old should know before making the purchase? This is in reference to older architecture and designs such as lifts and their lobby, car parks (ground floor awning style), unit layout as well as the overall maintenance of facade/wiring/piping of the unit. #askgurusean
